This workshop will seek to address the topic of micro aggression and unconscious bias, looking at where bias comes from and how our minds are wired. We will look at the impact of these behaviours and have opportunity to take part in discussion in break out rooms.  The evening will end with feedback and prayer.  

It would be helpful if you could read the short case studies HERE BEFORE you come to the workshop as they will form the basis of discussion.
